PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Infinite Interiors attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Infinite-Interiors.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and materials may vary although Infinite Interiors strives to be as accurate as possible with on screen representations of their products at all times.

CONTRACTED WORK

All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the original contract. Our workers are fully covered on-site by public liability Insurance.

PROJECT & INVOICE TERMS

Infinite Interiors operates between the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 2.30pm Friday GMT. Infinite Interiors does not work on national holidays unless previously agreed upon. Contact outside of these hours cannot be guaranteed. Any work requests outside of these designated working hours may incur extra charges at an hourly/day rate.

Infinite Interiors will not book in, order materials for, or start any work in relation to any accepted quotes, until a 50% deposit is paid upfront. Once initial payment is received, more detailed discussions about design and finish can take place, mock up drawings altered where needed, and any necessary adjustments to the price finalised. All projects are booked on a first come first served basis, but changes to the order of works may be made at our discretion, to best suit the current workload. All deposits are non-refundable. A fixed completion date is not given upon payment of the deposit, unless otherwise discussed. Infinite Interiors is not held accountable for special events, national holidays, sickness, or the likes there of, which may cause delays to our work schedule. All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. Due to fluctuations in material costs, quotes are only valid for 1 month from the date stated and cannot be guaranteed thereafter.

Computer generated designs are to scale and show an accurate rendition of unit layouts. Please note, however, due to software limitations, the handle styles, positions, and door colours used in any images, are not intended to be an example of the finished product. They are solely to serve as a visual aid to show the door layout and opening directions, in a similar style and finish to what has been discussed.

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, finished doors and decor panels have been priced using a standard shaker style from the 5 Piece Collection, a brochure for which can be found on our website in the collections section. Quotes include an allowance for handles, however the final prices may vary based on the customer’s choice of style and finish etc.

All of the door hinge and drawer hardware used is ‘soft close’ as standard, and carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, BLUM. MFC sheet materials for the internal units, supplied by industry leaders EGGER and/or Kronospan, are assumed to be white (unless otherwise stated) or chosen from a standard colour range. We do have a wide range of alternatives on offer, which may carry some additional cost. Wherever used, MDF sheet materials are high quality paintable grade Hidrofugo, supplied by Fibrapan.

Infinite Interiors is not responsible for any project delays caused by lack of material availability, nor by delays caused by the client e.g delays in providing us with material choices, approving designs or making payment. Infinite Interiors is not liable for any additional costs incurred by changes made to material orders during the production schedule.

Constant amendments/alterations to any work which delays the projects completion will also be charged extra at an hourly rate plus material cost.

Infinite Interiors reserves the right to place our logo/brand on all work designed and fabricated by us. We also reserve the right to ask for our logo to be removed if we feel our initial design has been compromised. Any Infinite Interiors logo removed without our express permission will result in further action being taken. Infinite Interiors reserve the right to use and show any work created on our website and social networking pages.

Cancellation of a project before its completion will result in all work/expenses incurred up to that date being charged in full.

Infinite Interiors may use/source outside companies for certain projects who all have their own terms and conditions which must be adhered to for any work they carry out.

Abusive clients will not be tolerated. All communication between Infinite Interiors and our clients is stored as reference. Infinite Interiors reserve the right to terminate any project due to abusive actions such as threats and disrespectful remarks to any person(s) involved on the project. If a project is terminated then no refunds will be made for any work already carried out. We treat our clients with the utmost professionalism and respect and we expect the same in return.
